Peuramaa Ski School is part of the Werneri –concept. You need to make a preliminary enrolment to coursesl by phone:050- 5939 393 or through our booking system.

All the first level courses have two qualified ski instructors. All the courses are held in Finnish and Swedish. The course will perform if there is minimi three (3) parcitipators. Please notify the ski school if you need teaching in other languages than Finnish or Swedish.
SnowWerneri 1
Course participants must be eager to learn how to ski and have fun on the slopes. The age recommendation is 5 to 8 years, 4-years-olds can also participate after one private lesson. The aim of the course is learning to move around on your skis, come to a stop, get up on your own, do snowplough turns and use the rope lift independently.
SnowWerneri 2
Course participants already master all the basic skills of ploughing, stopping and using the rope lift. They have either attended Snow Werneri I or private lessons. The age recommendation is 5 to 8 years. The aims of the course are making fluent snowplough turns, being independent all around the slope area, taking introductory steps towards making parallel turns and using the bottom lift independently.
SpeedWerneri 3
Course participants must master the basic skills of making fluent snowplough turns all over the slope area and using both the button and T-bar lift independently. The age recommendation is 5 to 8 years. The aim of the course is learning to do turns with parallel skis and starting to practise carving and other advanced ski skills.
SpeedWerneri 4
Course participants already know how to move around the ski slopes with fluent turns and use the lift. The age recommendation is 5 to 8 years. The aim of the course is to practise carving turns and other advanced skills.
Beginners course
For ages 7-12 who want to learn how to ski. On the ocurse we learn the slope rules, to stop, to use the snowplough technique and to use the lift.
Follow-up course
7-12 year-olds. Participants must know how to use the snowplough technique, to stop and use the lift. The goal of the course is to ski with the snowplough in all slopes and practice to turn with your skiis parallell to each other and to use the anchorlift.
Snowboard beginners course
8 -14 years old interested in learning how to snowboard. The goal is to know the basic turn and to use the lift.
Snowboard follow-up course
8 -14 years old. Must know how to use the lift and how to turn. The goal is to learn how to turn with the board smoothly in all slopes.
Week courses
The entire Snow Werneri cource, age recommendation 5 to 8 years. We start from the basics and progress into doing a good snowplought on all the slopes and using the bottom lift and T-bar lift independently.
Advanced and track course for young skiers
Course participants are required to be able to ski alla the slopes fluently. The age recommendatio is 8 to13 years. The aim of the course is to practise carving and tracki skiing.
